Tuesday Afternoon

Well, I got that dreaded call from the vet yesterday afternoon. It is Hemangiosarcoma of both the spleen that was removed and evident in the liver biopsies that were sent in for the pathology work up. We are pretty upset, seems that there was that 1% chance of hope before and that was taken away.

Michele and I are not going to do the chemo as Patch didn't tolerate the surgery very well and the recovery is slow we don't want to put him through that as well. I really hope that he bounces back from the surgery and we do have a few good months left...time will tell.
