Thursday

I have the day off today due to my co-worker being sick. That works out ok for me as I can stay home with Patch. I took him in to the vet today to have his hematocrit checked again since he is still just sleeping around. It has gone up! Now 33% instead of the 29% it's been since Saturday. He won't eat today and that has me concerned. I am waiting for a call from the vet and will ask him about foods.

We did go for a short walk down the street this afternoon, only 3 houses and back but he loved it. I will try to do that several times a day if possible. It is making Taz pretty jealous but she will make it I will take her plenty later.

Last night I played tug with him for a couple of minutes. I think that he was surprised that he won as much as he did since I usually don't give in too easy. It was fun.
