Starting to get back to normal

This morning Patch seems better, he won't eat but his attitude is better. I guess dog food is not very appealing since he did eat a hotdog. He is licking a lot so I guess the scars are healing and itching. He is wearing the e-collar whenever I am not in the room to help keep the tongue under control. His heart rate seems to be back to normal so maybe we have turned that corner.
